Job Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through field sales, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable Alibaba.com membership solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, Alibaba.com, or similar B2B platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
