Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Service executive with 2 year to 5 year of experience in customer service. The role involves handling customer interactions through voice and/or non-voice processes while ensuring timely resolution and excellent service quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Follow company processes and quality guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 year of experience in customer care/customer support in service industry
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM tools familiarity
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Educational Qualification
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Any field.
