Market Development & Partnerships
- Build strong relationships with farmers, educational institutions, local influencers, business associates,
and community stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership avenues in assigned territories.
- Strengthen brand visibility and market presence through local outreach activities.
Reporting & Compliance
- Monitor branch sales performance and operational activities regularly.
- Share MIS reports, sales forecasts, market insights, and performance updates with management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and reporting standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in field sales, branch handling, or business development.
- Candidates from Insurance, MLM, Tractor Sales, Agri Input Sales, Farm Equipment, Rural Sales, EdTech,
or Skill Development sectors will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of rural and semi-urban markets and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
