Responsibilities
- Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences;
- Design and layout of materials for internal communications and engagement with our board of directors;
- Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. business cards, presentations);
- Create info graphics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data;
- Edit video clips for use on social media platforms;
- Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events;
- Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction;
- Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction;
- Assist team in developing and executing communications plans;
- Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts;
- Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms;
- Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files;
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, and other relevant fields.
- A minimum of 3+ years’ of experience with Social media, Graphic designing, Print Media, Motion Graphic designing & content.
- A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
