We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business
development activities for our sports infrastructure projects including football turf,
cricket turf, swimming pools, badminton courts, and other sports construction
solutions. The candidate should have strong sales, client handling, and project
coordination skills within the construction or infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and leads
Meet clients, schools, clubs, builders, and institutions for project discussions
Promote company services related to sports construction and infrastructure
Prepare quotations, proposals, and project presentations
Coordinate with the technical and project team for project execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Attend site visits and client meetings when required
Prepare sales reports and update management regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in
- construction/infrastructure industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle corporate and institutional clients
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
