Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, posting, engagement, performance tracking, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Planning
- Create and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) aligned with brand guidelines
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinics for treatment and product-based content
- Plan campaigns for offers, launches, festivals, and events.
- Design clinic activation Lits, in clinic branding and sample visibility tools.
- Develop marketing collaterals (flyers, standees, digital assets) tailored for clients.
Platform Management
- Manage social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Ensure daily posting and timely responses to comments and messages
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Performance & Analytics
- Track performance metrics like marketing ROI, Campaign performance and engagement metrics. (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports and Dashboards for management review.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics and trends for campaign performance and resource allocation.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, influencers, and marketing/PR agencies
- Work closely with branch teams to capture real-time content
- Support paid ad campaigns with organic content strategies
Product Launches and Events :
- Plan and execute brand and product launch campaigns from pre-launch buzz to post launch engagement.
- Organize doctors meets, CMEs, KOL sessions and national showcase events.
- Coordinate logistics, communication and event ROI tracking
- Travel for brand representation at selected national events, exhibitions and conferences as required.
Compliance & Brand Safety
- Ensure content complies with medical/aesthetic advertising guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of client data and brand information
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with Glow sales and brand positioning.
- Build and manage the brand identity and our partner brands in India.
- Collaborate with international brands items to ensure global brand consistency
- Create and maintain the brand guideline manual for internal and partner use.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
