About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper & Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support smooth accounting operations at our Jalandhar office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) accurately in accounting software
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, accounts, and reconciliations
- Process invoices, bills, and expense vouchers
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and vendors as required
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
- Support management with any ad hoc accounting or administrative tasks
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, QuickBooks)
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
