Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive – Employee Relations who will be responsible for managing employee engagement, employee relations, HR documentation, onboarding, grievance handling, and exit processes. The role will involve working closely with employees and operations teams to maintain a positive workplace environment, address employee concerns, and support retention and attrition control.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee documentation and verification processes.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding for new joiners.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with employees to understand their concerns and requirements.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and fun activities to improve employee participation and workplace morale.
- Conduct exit interviews and understand the key reasons for employee attrition.
- Monitor employee concerns and identify early warning signs of attrition.
- Work closely with Operations and HR teams to control and reduce employee attrition.
- Conduct R&R (Rewards & Recognition) activities and coordinate employee recognition programs.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and employee-related MIS.
- Have good knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining employee data, preparing reports, and analyzing HR information.
- Support employee retention initiatives by following up with employees who have concerns or are at risk of leaving.
- Ensure proper documentation of employee concerns, discussions, and actions taken.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution of employee-related issues.
- Support HR activities, audits, and other employee-related initiatives as required.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in a BPO/operations environment will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
