Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords to improve product visibility and search rankings.
- Upload new products and maintain accurate product information, pricing, specifications, and inventory details.
- Manage product variations such as size, color, style, and packaging.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and quality issues.
- Ensure product listings comply with marketplace guidelines and standards.
- Update existing listings based on business requirements and promotional campaigns.
- Use Microsoft Excel to organize, maintain, and analyze product data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and updates.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or product listing (Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, or other online marketplaces is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
