We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead technical pre-sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to engage with clients, understand their business challenges, and propose suitable IT solutions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to create winning proposals and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive new business acquisition and expand existing client accounts

Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets

Identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies

Technical Pre-Sales

Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations

Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documents

Work with engineering teams to design scalable solutions

Client Engagement

Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key stakeholders

Lead discovery meetings and requirement discussions

Address technical objections and provide consultative selling

Team & Strategy

Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns

Mentor pre-sales engineers or sales executives

Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams

Strong understanding of IT solutions (Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, Cybersecurity, or Custom Software Development)
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)

Experience with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise architecture basics

Ability to prepare technical solution documents
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science
- MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred

Relevant certifications in Cloud / Sales (added advantage)
