We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong balance of user research, interaction design, and visual design, and the ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesUX Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions
- Improve product usability based on analytics, user feedback, and best practices
- Ensure consistency in user experience across platforms
UI Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
- Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, and style guides
- Ensure responsive and accessible designs for multiple devices
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Good-to-Have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, or consumer products
