Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries from parents and students regarding home tuition requirements through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ academic requirements such as class, board, subject preference, tutor preference, location, timing, and learning needs.
- Coordinate with teachers and tutors regarding availability, class scheduling, demo classes, and student requirements.
- Match suitable tutors according to student requirements and ensure smooth tutor allocation.
- Regularly follow up with parents regarding demo class feedback, teacher performance feedback, and continuation of tuition services.
- Maintain proper records of students, parents, tutors, demo classes, fees information, and follow-up updates in company systems or Excel sheets.
- Communicate with parents regarding tutor profiles, class updates, fees process, and service-related information.
- Handle day-to-day operational coordination between parents, students, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and maintain continuous communication until tutor placement is completed successfully.
- Coordinate internally with different departments whenever required for fee collection support, registration process, documentation, and operational activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain accuracy of student and tutor information.
- Address basic concerns or issues raised by parents and provide timely updates regarding tutor arrangements.
- Support team targets related to tutor placement and student onboarding process.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with parents, students, and tutors.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
