TechUnity Inc; is seeking a motivated and confident Marketing Assistant based in Coimbatore who is fluent in English and Urdu (speaking, reading, and writing). The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound marketing calls to companies and promoting our AI Assistant Chatbot solutions to potential business clients.
The candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with business professionals, and the ability to explain the benefits of AI technology in a clear and persuasive manner.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound marketing and sales calls to companies and business decision-makers.
· Introduce and explain our AI Assistant Chatbot products and services.
· Generate leads and schedule appointments/demos with interested clients.
· Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and messaging.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status.
· Research target companies and identify potential clients.
· Prepare and send marketing materials or presentations when needed.
· Build and maintain positive client relationships.
· Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu (Speak, Read, and Write).
· Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
· Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or marketing assistance preferred.
· Comfortable speaking with company executives and business owners.
· Ability to persuade and negotiate professionally.
· Good internet connection and ability to work remotely.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email communication.
· Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Experience
· Freshers in marketing calls or B2B sales.
Performance Expectations
· Daily outbound calls to potential companies.
· Weekly lead generation targets.
· Appointment/demo booking targets.
· Consistent follow-up and reporting.
Pay: ₹9,497.67 - ₹34,120.86 per month
