Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Solar EPC projects.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and requirement discussions.
- Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and support proposal preparation and solution presentation.
- Present commercial proposals and explain project benefits to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industries, builders, institutions, and channel partners.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and ensure timely documentation.
- Support coordination for approvals and project onboarding processes where required.
- Maintain sales reports, lead tracker, and CRM updates.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical concepts.
- Ability to travel extensively within Maharashtra, Goa and Rajasthan.
- Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Graduate in related field.
- Experience in solar distribution, electrical trading, or channel sales preferred.

B. Com | M. Com | BBA | MBA | BE / BTech Electrical | ME / MTech Electrical
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Solar Sales preferred.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
