Position: Logistic Supervisor
Location: Madhyamgram
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistic Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate dispatches, manage delivery schedules, supervise loading and unloading, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Coordinate dispatch planning and delivery schedules.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Manage loading and unloading activities.
- Maintain inventory and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and delivery staff.
- Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints.
- Prepare daily logistics and stock reports.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience may also apply).
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates residing near Madhyamgram will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
