About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a period of six months. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Employee Onboarding
- Support the onboarding process for new joiners.
- Assist in preparing joining documentation and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate induction and orientation activities.
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Support document management and personnel file maintenance.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
- Support internal communication and employee welfare programs.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team.
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities.
- Handle other HR projects and assignments as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
