We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to help transform business data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Job Summary
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data from various business functions including sales, operations, marketing, finance, customer service, and travel bookings. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS for management review.
- Analyze sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and operational performance data.
- Monitor business KPIs and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Support management with data-driven decision-making.
- Develop automated reporting systems to improve efficiency.
- Perform data visualization using charts, graphs, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards).
- Strong knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic to Intermediate SQL knowledge.
- Data cleaning, validation, and reporting expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good Knowledge about AI ( Artificial Intelligence)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Commerce, or related field.
- Certification in Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, or Excel is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
