Metro Scans is on a rapid expansion track for 2026. We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive to bridge the gap between our diagnostic excellence and the medical community. You will be responsible for growing our referral network and ensuring Metro Scans is the first choice for doctors and healthcare providers.
Locations: 2 vacancies (1 each at Kollam and Attingal)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Outreach: Identify and build relationships with General Practitioners, Specialists, and Hospital Administrators.
- Referral Growth: Drive patient volume through consistent field visits and value-based presentations of our laboratory and radiology services.
- Market Expansion: Support the launch of our 5 new lab locations by establishing a doctor network in those specific vicinities.
- Reporting: Maintain a daily/weekly log of doctor visits and referral conversions.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Proven track record in Pharmaceutical sales, Diagnostic marketing, or as a Hospital PRO is preffered. Freshers are also considered
- Knowledge: Comfortable discussing laboratory parameters and radiology reports (MRI/CT/Ultrasound).
- Communication: Fluent in Malayalam and English with a persuasive edge.
- Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler for field work.
