Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:
- Executing sourcing strategies through priority channels, including job boards, employee referrals, agencies, and internal mobility, to support experienced-hire needs.
- Mining internal and external talent databases, building candidate pipelines in Avature, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.
- Identifying talent across industry and service line requirements, conducting initial phone screens, and presenting qualified candidates to recruiters and business stakeholders.
- Supporting high-volume hiring by managing sourcing activity against defined service-level agreements, performance targets, and delivery timelines.
- Conducting market and competitor research to inform sourcing approach, including talent availability, hiring trends, and compensation indicators.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years of experience sourcing candidates using job boards and professional networking sites
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, including Taleo, SAP, Avature, or similar platforms
- Experience conducting candidate prescreening or phone screening
- Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines and candidate data in recruitment systems
- Experience sourcing for high-volume hiring needs across multiple business or functional areas
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration in Human Resources
- Experience using passive sourcing techniques, including AIRS or similar methods
- Experience conducting market mapping or target company research
- Experience supporting experienced-hire recruiting
