Job Title: Academic Counselor / Admission Counselor

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable handling inquiries, and help students choose suitable courses based on their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups.
- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates until admission is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective students.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent).
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, sales, customer support, or admissions is preferred.
