Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Staff member responsible for handling coordination activities and computer-based tasks.
:Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily operations
- Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and official documents
- Manage emails, follow-ups, and communication with clients/vendors
- Update and maintain databases and office records
- Assist in HR related works- Recruitment
- Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Good communication in English,malayalm,Tamil,kannada
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
