About Us
BVD Power Private Limited is an established engineering company engaged in the execution of Electrical Substations, Transmission Lines, and Solar Power Plant projects across Tamil Nadu. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to strengthen our Tendering and Business Communications team.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft professional letters, business correspondence, and official communications with clients, government departments, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents with high accuracy.
- Handle online tender submissions through GeM, TN Tenders, and other e-Procurement portals.
- Study tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and contractual conditions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for collecting technical and commercial documents required for bid submissions.
- Maintain records of tenders, correspondence, contracts, and project documentation.
- Assist management in day-to-day office documentation and administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in drafting professional letters, emails, and official documents.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
Candidates having knowledge or experience in Government Tendering for departments such as:
- Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB / TANGEDCO / TANTRANSCO)
- Public Works Department (PWD)
- GeM Portal
- TN Tenders
- Other Government e-Procurement Portals
will be given preference.
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Candidates with a strong learning attitude and professional work ethic are encouraged to apply.
