Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP(MM + Ariba) Consultant to support S2S (Source-to-Settle) processes in the LAM RTB Phase 3 AMS program. The role involves handling production support, incident management, and enhancements across SAP MM and Ariba integrated landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 AMS support for S2S processes, ensuring SLA adherence
Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Settle (S2S) business flows including:
PR, RFQ, PO, Contracts, Scheduling agreements
Goods Receipt, Inventory Management, Invoice verification
Handle production support issues, analyze root causes, and provide resolutions
Work on SAP MM core areas:
Procurement lifecycle and inventory processes
Vendor and material master data
Provide support for SAP Ariba modules:
Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier lifecycle, Catalogs
Troubleshoot integration issues between SAP MM & Ariba (CIG, IDocs, APIs)
Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP/Integration) for fixes and enhancements
Participate in incident, problem, and change management cycles
Support testing phases (SIT/UAT) and release deployments
Ensure minimal business disruption and continuous service improvement.
Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of sap ecc materials management module, including configuration, processes, and integration with other sap modules.
2. Proficiency in sap erp implementation, customization, and support within the materials management domain.
3. Strong analytical skills to assess complex business requirements and translate them into sap solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead project teams effectively.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet project deadlines in a fast paced environment.
6. Certification in sap ecc materials management is preferred.
