Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage both tissue procurement & logistics and research & development activities. This role is critical to ensuring seamless coordination between hospital operations and in-house R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
Tissue Procurement & Logistics
- Coordinate with hospitals for ethical and timely tissue procurement.
- Ensure proper consent procedures as per regulatory and ethical standards.
- Screen and verify tissue quality based on predefined criteria.
- Manage safe handling, storage, and transportation (cold chain compliance).
- Maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.
Research & Development
- Develop and optimize formulations as per SOPs.
- Work with biomaterials (ceramics, polymers, gels, etc.).
- Conduct material characterization and functional testing.
- Support process development and scale-up activities.
- Analyze experimental data and prepare reports.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate documentation for procurement and research activities.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Support SOP development and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biomedical Engineering / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Materials Science.
- Experience in lab work, diagnostics, or tissue handling.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel for hospital coordination.
- Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
Experience Criteria:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s with 3–5 years relevant experience
- Preferred: Master’s with 2–4 years experience
