Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing and operations workforce. The candidate should have strong experience in manpower management, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and factory HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete recruitment process for staff and labour workforce.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and employee database.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and manage contract labour activities.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workforce engagement.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR policies, documentation, and employee records.
- Support management in manpower planning and workforce optimization.
- Coordinate performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Liaise with government authorities and consultants for compliance-related matters.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment and manpower management.
- Strong communication and employee handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a manufacturing/operations environment.
Qualification:
- MBA HR / MSW / BBA HR / Any Graduate with relevant HR experience.

Candidate Profile:
- 3–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Experience handling 100+ workforce employees will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
