Previous experience in Chinese & Continental cuisine. Good knowledge of sauces, seasonings, cooking techniques, and plating. Ability to work efficiently during busy hours. Clean, disciplined, and responsible approach to kitchen work. Ability to manage kitchen operations independently is an advantage.
