Responsibilities
- Counsel students on courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Provide accurate information on courses, fees, and admissions.
- Maintain student records and achieve admission targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a student-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Education / Experience
- Plus Two, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Student Counselor, Academic Counselor, Admissions Counselor, or in a similar role is mandatory.
