1. Should have SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management
Certification and SCDP certification.
2. Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience.
3. Must be able to work within a matrix organization – balancing the needs of
the service line against firm initiatives and goals
4. Experience of handling Half Yearly release management activities
5. Knowledge of People Analytics, Story reports
