We are seeking a responsible, dedicated, and caring Boys Hostel Warden to join our residential campus team. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, disciplined, and supportive 'home away from home' for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day administration and functioning of the boys' hostel.
- Ensure the physical safety, discipline, and well-being of all hostel residents.
- Monitor attendance, enforce hostel curfews, and maintain leave records.
- Coordinate with parents, management, and medical staff in case of emergencies.
Requirements:
- Education: 12th or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience in hostel administration, student counseling, and the security is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to reside on-premises (accommodation provided).
