We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, manage communication, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Customer service-oriented mindset
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Additional certification in Office Management is an advantage
Work Environment
