Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Ocean Import Customer Service & Documentation.
Coordinate international import shipments and ensure timely movement of freight.
Proactively track & trace shipments and provide regular updates to customers.Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, transporters and customs brokers.Ensure timely submission of shipping documents and delivery orders.
Maintain accurate data entry and workflow updates in the operating system.
Ensure on-time delivery of cargo while meeting company KPIs and service standards.
Handle email communication professionally and resolve customer queries promptly.
Monitor shipment milestones and resolve exceptions before the end of each working day.
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Experience in Ocean Import Customer Service/Documentation.
✔ Knowledge of IGM Filing is mandatory.
✔ Experience in collecting Delivery Orders (DO) from shipping lines.
✔ Good understanding of Customs Clearance and Transportation processes.
✔ Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.
