Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled PLC/SCADA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Mitsubishi iQ-R PLC platform and Genesis64 SCADA development for Industrial Automation and Control System projects.
The candidate should have expertise in PLC logic development, SCADA application development, industrial communication protocols, commissioning activities, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop PLC logic using Mitsubishi MELSEC iQ-R platform.
- Design and develop SCADA applications on Genesis64 (ICONICS).
- Develop HMI applications and integrate with PLC systems.
- Configure industrial communication protocols such as:
- Modbus TCP/IP
- OPC DA/UA
- Ethernet-based industrial networks
- Perform PLC, SCADA, and HMI testing & commissioning activities.
- Troubleshoot automation systems during FAT, SAT, and site commissioning.
- Develop:
- Alarm management
- Trends
- Historian
- Reports
- Graphics and visualization screens
- Prepare and review technical documentation:
- I/O Lists
- Functional Design Specification (FDS)
- Alarm Lists
- Network Architecture
- Testing Documents
- Coordinate with customers, project teams, and site engineers during execution.
- Support multiple industrial automation projects simultaneously.
