Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Proactively contact prospects or answer incoming inquiries using tailored scripts to drive sales.
- Lead Generation & Management: Identify potential opportunities, follow up on leads, and secure sales appointments.
- Customer Support: Address customer complaints, questions, or issues, providing quick solutions.
- Data Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and interactions in the CRM database.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products/services to answer client queries.
- Target Achievement: Achieve specific daily, weekly, or monthly calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and active listening.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and act with patience.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM software).
- Persistence: Ability to stay motivated, even when faced with high rejection rates.
- Education/Experience: Usually, a high school diploma, diploma, or graduation is required, with prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
