Role Objective
Drive territory growth through structured franchise acquisition, market expansion, and early-stage franchise performance stabilization. This role acts as the primary growth engine for new partner recruitment while ensuring strong alignment with onboarding and relationship teams.
Key Responsibilities
Territory & Market Expansion
- Conduct territory mapping and white-space analysis
- Identify high-potential towns and micro-markets
- Build monthly / quarterly expansion plans
- Track competitor presence and franchise models
Franchise Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Build multi-channel entrepreneur sourcing systems
- Develop referral and network-driven pipelines
- Maintain structured lead funnel tracking
- Ensure pipeline sufficiency for closures
Franchise Conversion & Commercial Closure
- Assess financial and business viability of prospects
- Deliver ROI-driven business presentations
- Handle objections and negotiations
- Drive closures, documentation, and payments
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Ensure structured handover to onboarding teams
- Align activation and opening timelines
- Coordinate with relationship managers for cluster growth
- Share territory insights and market feedback
Early Franchise Performance Ownership
- Own welcome stock targets
- Monitor repeat purchase behavior
- Stabilize early-stage franchise performance
- Approve transition to relationship management teams
Team Leadership & Governance
- Supervise and coach field teams
- Review opening readiness and activation metrics
- Drive reporting discipline and KPI adherence
- Escalate critical operational issues
Pay: ₹46,095.90 - ₹50,539.87 per month
