Department: MIS Sales Operations
Reporting To: Manager – MIS
Experience: 2+ Years
- Handle TA/DA, expense and incentive verification.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain Distributor (DB) Master and employee data.
- Manage DMS & SFA data, sales reports and validation.
- Coordinate with Sales, HR and Finance for data accuracy.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
- DMS & SFA experience knowledge.
Experience: 5+ Years
- Independently manage MIS, DMS & SFA operations.
- Verify TA/DA, incentives, reimbursements and expenses.
- Manage DB Master, sales data and incentive calculations.
- Prepare analytical MIS and management reports.
- Reconcile data between DMS, SFA, Finance and HR.
- Handle TA/DA & incentive automation and process improvement.
Skills Required:
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Hands-on DMS & SFA experience is mandatory.
