Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with experience in interior fit-out works for commercial and industrial projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, interior finishing, project coordination, and quality control. The role involves managing interior civil works, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring timely project completion as per drawings and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute interior civil and finishing works at project sites.
- Handle commercial and industrial interior projects including offices, factories, warehouses, and corporate spaces.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, material usage, and daily activities.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
- Prepare project reports, billing measurements, and progress updates.
- Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in commercial and industrial interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, MEP coordination, and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, and site management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling turnkey interior projects.
- Knowledge of industrial construction standards and commercial interiors.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
