- Develop and implement the organization’s volunteer engagement strategy aligned with program and organizational goals.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of volunteers across community, youth, institutional, and corporate segments.
- Build a diverse and inclusive volunteer pool with relevant skills, experience, and geographic representation.
- Design structured onboarding, orientation, and induction processes to ensure volunteers are effectively integrated into programmes.
- Create and maintain volunteer databases, engagement trackers, and deployment plans.
- Build and manage engagement opportunities for corporate employees and skilled/professional volunteers.

- Represent the organization in external forums, partnership meetings, and engagement platforms.
- Support development of partnership proposals, engagement plans, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate volunteer deployment across programmes and ensure alignment with organizational needs and timelines.
- Work closely with programme teams to identify volunteer requirements and support implementation priorities.
- Ensure adherence to volunteer policies, safeguarding protocols, and operational processes.
- Track volunteer contributions, engagement metrics, and programme impact through periodic reporting and documentation.
- Monitor key volunteer and partnership indicators including recruitment, engagement, retention, participation, and contribution levels.
- Develop periodic reports, dashboards, case studies, and success stories showcasing volunteer and partnership impact.
- Track operational efficiencies, volunteer contribution hours, outreach outcomes, and engagement effectiveness.
- Use data and feedback to strengthen volunteer management systems and partnerships.
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with 5+ years of experience in volunteering or social sector.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience, out of which minimum 3 years of experience in the social sector is preferred.

- Hours of Work: 8 hours per day, 6 days in a week.
- 1.5 days leaves per month from the date of joining.
- 02 Saturdays off every month apart from the Sunday fixed weekly off.
- 12 Annual holidays (January – December).
