We are looking for a Maintenance Manager at Back to Source.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the outlet.
- Work hands-on along with the maintenance team whenever required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment and civil work.
- Lead, guide and support the team during breakdowns and emergencies..
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules
- Handle deep cleaning activities and closely coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and external contractors when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory norms.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure quick resolution of maintenance issues impacting guest experience.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in maintenance within the hospitality industry.
- Proven team handling with a strong hands-on working approach.
- Experience in coordinating with housekeeping for deep cleaning and hygiene upkeep.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
