Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate service team activities.

* Manage both office operations and field service activities.
* Handle customer service requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
* Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
* Prepare service reports and maintain records.
* Coordinate with clients, technicians, and management.
* Ensure quality standards and company procedures are followed.
* Conduct site visits and oversee field operations whenever required.
