Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive (Van Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. The role involves visiting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and handling all related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely collections when required.
- Handle van stock responsibly and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Graduate) is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in van sales, FMCG sales, or field sales preferred .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-spoken, confident, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business requirements.
- Experience handling government documentation, permits, and official paperwork is preferred.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
