About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and AI-driven professional who can take ownership of our complete customer onboarding journey—from the moment a user signs up for a free trial until they become an active, paying customer.
This is not a traditional sales, cold calling, SEO, or digital marketing role.
Your primary responsibility will be to design, automate, and continuously optimize customer onboarding, lead nurturing, engagement, retention, and reactivation through intelligent email campaigns, SMS campaigns, CRM automation, AI-generated content, and data-driven decision making.
You will play a key role in increasing trial-to-paid conversions, improving customer engagement, reducing churn, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities Customer Onboarding & Lead Nurturing
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups.
- Meet daily calling and lead generation targets.
- Comfortable with outbound cold calling.
- Design and manage complete customer onboarding journeys.
- Convert free trial users into active and paying customers.
