Job Summary
We are looking for a Malayalam Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, explain services/products, and maintain good customer relationships. The candidate should have strong communication skills in Malayalam and a polite, confident approach while interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Malayalam
- Explain company products/services to customers
- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries
- Maintain customer records and update call details
- Generate appointments/leads through telecalling
- Resolve basic customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Skills Required
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Basic English communication skills
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills
- Ability to work with targets
Preferred Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma / HSC
- Freshers can apply
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an added advantage
