Job Summary
We are looking for a Vehicle Seizer / Field Recovery Executive to handle vehicle seizure and field recovery activities as per company process and legal guidelines. The candidate should have good field knowledge, tracing skills, and experience in vehicle finance recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers for overdue vehicle loan recovery.
Coordinate with the collection team for seizure cases.
Trace and identify hypothecated vehicles.
Carry out vehicle seizure as per company policy and legal process.
Ensure proper documentation during seizure.
Submit seizure reports, photos, and vehicle condition details.
Coordinate with yard, legal, and recovery teams.
Handle customers professionally and avoid any misconduct.
Maintain daily field visit and recovery reports.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of local areas and field operations.
Experience in vehicle finance recovery / seizure is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and field challenges.
Basic documentation knowledge.
Four-wheeler driving skill and valid driving license preferred.
Qualification
Intermediate / Degree preferred.
Relevant field experience is an added advantage.
