- Collecting pick list from tele-callers
- Coordinate with the picking team
- Verifying pick list and bill before despatch
- Ensure delivery in time
- Maintain despatch related documents
- Sending reports to concerned manager
- Follow uniform code of conduct of the Organization
- Ensure punctuality, discipline and neatly dressed with uniform
