We are seeking a Head of Research & Content to lead our market intelligence and thought leadership function across the global B2B events ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of research, storytelling, and commercial impact—transforming complex market data into compelling narratives, high-value reports, and revenue-driving insights.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of audience intelligence, content strategy, and research-led storytelling, supporting event organisers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders with actionable insights that influence decision-making and drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Intelligence Leadership
- Design and lead end-to-end market research frameworks (primary & secondary)
- Develop industry intelligence across sectors (technology, energy, mobility, healthcare, etc.)
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, investment flows, and buyer behaviour
- Translate fragmented data into structured, insight-led outputs
2. Strategic Content & Narrative Development
- Own creation of white papers, market reports, pre-event intelligence, and post-event insights
- Build high-impact narratives aligned to industry shifts, innovation themes, and commercial goals
- Develop thought leadership positioning for clients and internal brands
- Convert research into multi-format content (reports, videos, executive briefs, presentations)
3. B2B Audience Intelligence & Data-Driven Insights
- Lead audience research and segmentation strategies (C-level, decision-makers, buyers)
- Define data attributes and behavioural insights to enhance engagement and conversion
- Work closely with data teams to translate datasets into strategic insights
- Support lead generation and demand creation initiatives through content-driven intelligence
4. Commercial & Event-Focused Research
- Develop pre-event and post-event intelligence frameworks
- Identify revenue opportunities, sponsorship narratives, and market gaps
- Benchmark clients against competitors and provide strategic recommendations
- Support creation of 365-day engagement and demand generation strategies
5. Content Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage a content roadmap aligned to business and client goals
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, insight-driven outputs
- Maintain a premium, consulting-grade tone across all deliverables
- Oversee editorial standards, quality control, and narrative consistency
6. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Engage with senior stakeholders (CMOs, Event Directors, CEOs) to shape research direction
- Present insights in executive-ready formats (reports, decks, briefings)
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on market positioning and content strategy
7. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build and lead a team of research analysts, content strategists, and writers
- Define research methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Drive a culture of insight excellence, accuracy, and commercial relevance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
