About the Role
About the Role TRUE AGROROOTS PVT. LTD. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive to manage daily ecommerce operations across various online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for order management, product listings, coordination with platforms, and ensuring smooth ecommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end daily operations across ecommerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Monitor orders, dispatch status, returns, cancellations, claims, reimbursements, and customer escalations.
- Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and platform support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Track pending cases and ensure timely closure of all marketplace tickets.
- Create and update product listings, variations, combo listings, and category mappings.
- Ensure titles, bullet points, images, and product attributes are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct routine audits to identify suppressed listings, inactive SKUs, missing content, and catalog errors.
- Maintain brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Update prices, transfer prices, and tax details as per approved pricing.
- Track aging inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor seller performance metrics including cancellation rate, return rate, late dispatch rate, and policy compliance.
- Resolve account issues such as listing suppressions, chargebacks, penalties, and stranded inventory.
- Ensure all product and account documentation is current and accurate.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, inventory, returns, and operational KPIs.
- Maintain organized trackers for listings, pricing, inventory, and issue resolution.
- Perform daily account health checks across all marketplaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate or higher degree
- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketplace operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Effective coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple task and platforms simultaneously
