We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager & Videographer who has strong knowledge of social media marketing and hands-on experience with photography and videography.
The candidate will be responsible for managing social media activities, planning creative content, and conducting professional photo and video shoots for our clients and brand campaigns.
Camera and required shooting equipment will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
- Research social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, posts, stories and promotional content.
- Plan and conduct professional photo and video shoots.
- Operate the company-provided camera and shooting equipment.
- Handle basic lighting and audio equipment during shoots.
- Understand camera angles, framing, composition, lighting and shot planning.
- Create concepts, hooks and basic scripts for social media videos.
- Coordinate with the team to execute planned shoots effectively.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos suitable for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure sufficient content is captured during each shoot for regular social media posting.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement.
- Analyze social media insights and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platform trends.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create content focused on brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
