Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Technical General Instructor to deliver high-quality theoretical training to aspiring pilots. The instructor will be responsible for teaching aviation technical subjects, preparing students for regulatory examinations, and ensuring a thorough understanding of aircraft systems, principles of flight and powerplant.
Educational Qualification Required:
BTech (Aeronautical) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions for pilot trainees.
- Deliver lessons in accordance with the approved pilot training curriculum.
- Teach Technical General and related subjects, including Principles of Flight, Aircraft Performance and Airframes, Engines, and Systems.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Prepare and assess student progress through tests, quizzes, and mock examinations.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Maintain accurate records of classes covered and syllabus completion.
- Stay updated with aviation industry developments and regulatory requirements.
- Support students in preparation for DGCA, EASA and other applicable licensing examinations.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Head Office when needed to ensure proper syllabus completion and effective program delivery.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
