Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Redis, and Kafka, complemented by solid architectural skills and preferably a background in the telecommunications domain.
The role involves leading a team to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable microservices.
You will be instrumental in driving technical excellence, ensuring best practices, and delivering mission
critical telecom applications that meet stringent performance and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-availability, low-latency telecom applications that are critical to core networkoperations and service delivery.
Drive project planning and task delegation, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers/developers, providing technical guidance,performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Implement and manage Redis for caching and data storage.
Develop and maintain Kafka-based event streaming pipelines for real-time data processing.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and bugs.
Optimize microservices for speed, efficiency, and resource utilization Contribute to the development of a robust and scalable architecture.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing. Optional: Experience in the telecommunications industry.
Required Skills & Experience
Telecom Knowledge: Understanding of 3G/4G and 5G network & 3GPP specifications required forPolicy & Charging System.
Proficiency in Java: Strong understanding of Java programming principles and best practices. Spring Boot: Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework, including Spring MVC, Spring Data, andSpring Cloud.
Microservices Architecture: Solid understanding of microservices architecture, including designpatterns, communication protocols, and deployment strategies. Redis: Experience with Redis as a caching layer and data store.
Kafka: Experience with Apache Kafka for building event-driven applications and streaming pipelines.
Database: Experience with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Architecture Experience: Proven ability to design and implement scalable and robust architectures.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other developers and stakeholders.
Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
