We are looking for an experienced Sales Head who can lead the sales team, manage counsellors, and ensure regular review of sales reports. The candidate should be target-driven, organized, and capable of improving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the sales counsellor team on a daily basis
Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Track counsellors’ performance and ensure targets are achieved
Guide, motivate, and support counsellors to improve conversions
Ensure proper follow-ups with leads and maintain CRM accuracy
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Coordinate with the HR and management team for sales planning
Identify gaps in sales processes and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in sales or sales management
Experience in managing counsellors or a sales team
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Good communication and leadership abilities
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in education, training, or service industry sales
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
